Casseroles and quick dishes

Chicken and Broccoli Casserole by Lori Webb

1 cooked chicken, cut up 1 c. grated cheese
1 c. cream of chicken soup 1 pkg .frozen broccoli
1 tsp. lemon juice Ritz cracker crumbs
1 c. mayonnaise


Cook broccoli per package directions, drain. Spread in casserole dish. Top with chicken. Mix soup, lemon juice, mayo and cheese. Spread on top of chicken. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375 degrees.

Serve with tossed salad and home made yeast rolls.
