Casseroles and quick dishes

Sauage and Egg Casserole by: Bonnie Webb

1lb sausage (ham or bacon works well too) 2 c. milk
1stp. dried mustard crumpled bread
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. cheddar cheese

Grease a 9 by 13 casserole. cover the bottom with crubled up bread. Brown and drain sausage and stir in. Sprinkle dry mustard over bread and sausage mixture. Pour eggs and milk over mixture. Sprinkle cheddar cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnite. Uncover, bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 60 minutes.

Serve hash brown potatoes as a side dish for breakfast
