Classic Beef Roast by Cristine T. Jenkins

1 4 to 5 pound boneless chuck roast 2 cans of golden
mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Rub beef roast with onion soup mix. Place roast in foil lined roasting pan. Cover roast with mushroom soup. Cover tightly. Coke at 350 degrees until done. Poor off pan juices into pan, stir in flour or cornstarch to thicken gravy.

Serve with fluffy mashed potatoes, your favorite vegetable and rolls.
