Ingredients 1 lb of mild Italian Sausage 1 lb of ground beef 1 15oz can of sliced mushrooms 1 large onion 4 reg. can of Italian spaghetti sauce 1 lb box of lasagne noodles 4 12 oz bags of shredded mozarella cheese

Directions Cook Italian sausage, ground beef, onion and mushroom together in large pot, drain off excess fat and stir in spaghetti sauce and simmer for 30 minutes Prepare nodles until al dente, drain and cool slightly, add a tiny bit of oil or butter to keep noodles from sticking together. In a 10 by 15 inch casserole pan, ladle out 1 cup of sauce layer noodles, spaghetti sauce and meat mixture and then cheese, repeat until pan ins full and top with mozarella cheese and parmesan cheese.... Bake in 350 degree oven for one hour and set stand for 15 minutes before cutting Serves 10
